Q&A
A: Great question! For the Mount Baker climb, definitely layer up. Start with a moisture-wicking base layer, then add an insulated layer like fleece, and finish with a waterproof outer shell. Don't forget good gloves, a warm hat, and sturdy hiking boots. It can get really cold and windy up there, especially on the summit day!
A: The Mount Baker Climb is definitely challenging but manageable for most people with a decent fitness level. The guides are super helpful and you’ll learn essential skills along the way, which makes it a great experience even for beginners. Just be ready for some strenuous hiking and altitude changes. The views are totally worth it!
A: Yes, you can reschedule! Miyar Adventures understands that weather on the mountain can be unpredictable. They’ll work with you to find another date if conditions aren’t safe for climbing. Just be sure to keep an eye on their cancellation policy for specific details.

Thinking about gifting the Mount Baker Climb Tour - any advice?
I've been looking at this Mount Baker Climb Tour for my brother's birthday. He loves hiking, but he’s not super experienced with climbing. The 3-day tour looks intense but also like a ton of fun. Is it too much for a beginner? What’s the best part of the tour? Any tips on what I should consider for him?
Just completed the Mount Baker Climb Tour - wow!
I just got back from the Mount Baker Climb Tour with Miyar Adventures and it was incredible! We took the Coleman-Deming route and the views from the summit were unreal. The guides really teach you a lot about glacier travel and safety. I was nervous at first, but they made sure everyone felt good before tackling the climb. Totally recommend it for anyone looking for an adventure!
