Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Mount Charleston Tour?

A: There aren't any specific age restrictions for the Mount Charleston Tour. It's great for everyone, including kids, as long as they can handle some walking. Just keep in mind that younger kids might need a bit more supervision. If it helps, I took my 8-year-old and he loved it!

Q: What should I wear for the Mount Charleston Tour? Is it cold up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can be cooler in the mountains, especially in the morning. A light jacket and comfy shoes are a must. Avoid sandals since there might be uneven terrain. And don't forget sunscreen, even if it feels cooler up there!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel the Mount Charleston Tour?

A: If the weather conditions are unsafe, like heavy snow or storms, they do cancel the tour. You'll get notified ahead of time and can reschedule for another date. The guides are really good about keeping everyone updated on any changes!

Thinking of booking the Mount Charleston Tour for a friend's birthday!

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Mount Charleston Tour as a birthday gift for my friend. She loves hiking and the outdoors, but I’m a bit worried about how long the trip actually is. Does anyone know what the duration usually is, and if it’s suitable for someone who isn’t super fit?

My experience on the Mount Charleston Tour last weekend!

Just got back from the Mount Charleston Tour and wow, what a trip! The views were breathtaking, and our guide was super informative. We started at 7 AM and had a lovely hike with plenty of stops for photos. I brought my own water and snacks, but they provided bottled water too. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to cool off from the Vegas heat!
