Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for this Mount Rainier tour?

A: There aren’t any strict age limits, but keep in mind that some of the trails can be a bit challenging, especially if snow is present in the fall or winter. It's a great experience for families, but young kids might need a little extra help on certain parts. Just make sure everyone is up for some hiking!

Q: What should we wear for the Mount Rainier tour, especially in winter?

A: Dress in layers! In winter, it can get really cold and there's a chance of snow, so thermal layers, water-resistant jackets, and sturdy boots are a must. Also, bring gloves and a hat just in case it gets chilly. You’ll be outside a lot, so comfort is key!

Q: How's the parking situation when we get to Mount Rainier?

A: If you're on the tour, Cheryl's team handles all the logistics, so you won't have to worry about parking. They pick you up right from your hotel or designated spot in Seattle, which is super convenient! Just sit back and enjoy the ride!

Just got back from the Mount Rainier tour – wow!

I gifted this experience to my partner for our anniversary, and it was epic! We saw the most stunning waterfalls and the wildflowers were in full bloom. Our guide was super knowledgeable and took us to some awesome spots off the beaten path. So worth the price – I think it was around $150 per person? Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Washington!

Considering the Mount Rainier tour as a gift - any advice?

I'm thinking about getting this experience for my sister's birthday, but I’m a little concerned about the weather in November. Has anyone gone during the fall/winter? What was it like? Would love to hear your thoughts!
