Q&A

Q: Can you do this experience in a group, or is it better solo?

A: Definitely, you can do this as a group! It's designed for solo detectives or teams, so grab some friends and tackle the clues together. Just make sure everyone has the app downloaded for the audio story and maps—it's a lot more fun to bounce ideas off each other!

Q: What if it rains on the day we plan to do this? Will it still be fun?

A: Rain can actually add to the mood of the murder mystery! Just dress appropriately—waterproof jackets, good shoes. If it gets too heavy, you can always opt for the driving map instead and stay dry while listening to the story!

Q: Is there an age limit for this experience? Can kids do it?

A: There’s no official age limit, but keep in mind it's geared a bit more toward older kids and adults due to the content. Younger kids might find it less engaging, but if they enjoy puzzles and stories, they’ll probably have a good time! Just make sure to supervise if they’re under 12.

I recently took a group of friends to the Murder Mystery Detective Experience in Eugene and we had a blast! The audio story was super engaging, and the walking map really made us feel like we were part of the case. We split up at different locations to gather clues, which was hilarious. We even got a pretty decent Case Performance Score in the end! Definitely recommend this for a fun day out.
