Q&A
A: There's no strict minimum age for this experience, but it’s generally recommended for ages 12 and up due to the complexity of the story and clues. Younger kids can definitely join in but might need a bit of help from adults. Just make sure they're up for the detective challenge!
A: The experience is designed to be flexible! If you choose the driving map, you can stay dry in your car while listening to the audio. For the walking map, I’d recommend wearing a rain jacket and bringing an umbrella just in case. It’s part of the fun, right?
A: The scoring system evaluates your detective skills based on how many clues you gather and the deductions you make. At the end, you’ll get a Case Performance Score that shows how well you did compared to others. It’s a fun way to track your sleuthing skills over time!

Just did the Murder Mystery Detective Experience in Fairbanks - it was awesome!
I recently tried the Murder Mystery Detective Experience while visiting Fairbanks, and wow, it was such a cool way to explore the city! I went with my partner, and we chose the walking map. Each location had a unique clue and the story was super engaging. It really felt like we were detectives! I recommend bringing comfy shoes, and maybe a little snack for the way. Can’t wait to do it again!
Thinking of gifting the Murder Mystery Experience - any tips?
I'm considering getting the Murder Mystery Detective Experience for my sister who loves mysteries. Has anyone done it? How long does it take? I want to make sure she enjoys it. Also, is there parking near the starting point?
