Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for kids? Can I bring my 10-year-old?

A: There's no age restriction for the MFAH, so you can definitely bring your 10-year-old! The museum is family-friendly, and the exhibitions often have interactive elements that kids enjoy. Just keep an eye on them in the galleries because some artworks can be delicate.

Q: Is there parking available at the museum? What's the best way to get there?

A: Yes, there's parking available at the MFAH! They have a garage right next to the main entrance, which is super convenient. Just keep in mind it can fill up on weekends, so you might want to arrive early. Street parking can be tricky, so garage is the way to go!

Q: What should I wear when I visit? Is it a casual place?

A: You can wear pretty much anything casual and comfortable! The MFAH is laid back, but some people do dress a bit nicer for the French dining. Just make sure to wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking around a lot—especially if you check out the gardens!
