Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but I'd say it's best for kids 6 and up. Younger kids might not get as much out of the exhibits since they’re pretty detailed. Just make sure they can walk around for about 3 hours if you're bringing them along. Bring a stroller if you have little ones!

Q: What should we wear for the Space Center tour?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you’ll be walking around a lot! The Space Center is huge, and it's mostly indoors, but I recommend checking the weather. If it’s hot, dress cool; if it’s chilly, bring a light jacket. You'll want to be comfy while exploring!

Q: Can you change the date after booking?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your visit as long as you contact Fun Texas Tours at least 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible, but just make sure to check their rescheduling policy on their site!

Thinking of gifting the NASA Space Center tour!

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the self-guided tour at Space Center Houston for my husband’s birthday. He’s a total space nerd! The round-trip transportation is a huge plus, and I love that it’s at NASA’s official center. Just wondering how long we’ll realistically spend there? Do they have a lot of hands-on stuff? Any tips for first-timers?

Just got back from the Space Center tour!

I just did the NASA Space Center self-guided tour and wow, it was amazing! The transportation was super easy, and I loved exploring at my own pace. The shuttle exhibits were my favorite! Make sure to check out the Saturn V rocket. Just a heads-up, bring snacks because food options are limited inside.
