A: Yes, you have to be at least 21 years old to participate in the tasting portion of the tour. If you're buying this as a gift, just make sure the recipient is of age! Kids can join the tour, but they won't be able to sample the spirits.

Q: What should we wear for the distillery tour? Is it casual or more dressed up?

A: Casual attire is totally fine! Most people wear jeans and a nice shirt. Just wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be on your feet for the tour. If you’re going for a tasting afterward, you might want to skip super heavy food before to really enjoy the flavors.

Q: Do they allow rescheduling if we can't make it on the booked date?

A: Yes! Big Machine Distillery is pretty flexible with rescheduling, but it's best to give them a call as soon as you know you need to change plans. They usually allow rescheduling up to 24 hours before your tour. Just keep an eye on their website for any specific policies!
