Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the paddle boarding experience?

A: Yes, there are age restrictions. Kids as young as 10 can join as long as they're accompanied by an adult. It's really great for families! Just make sure they're comfortable in the water and wearing a life jacket.

Q: What's the best time of year to go paddle boarding in Miami?

A: The best time is usually from November to April when it's cooler and drier. Summers can be super hot and stormy, which can lead to cancellations. Just keep an eye on the weather!

Q: What should we wear for the paddle boarding experience?

A: Wear something comfy that you don't mind getting wet. I'd recommend a swimsuit or quick-dry clothes. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat! You'll be out in the sun for a while.

Just got back from paddle boarding in Miami! Here’s my take!

I just did the Nature Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Miami and it was AMAZING! We paddled through the mangroves and saw so much wildlife. Didn’t spot any dolphins, but the birds were everywhere, and the view of the city from the canals was awesome. The guide, Vanessa, was super chill and made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a fun and unique way to explore Miami!

Thinking of gifting paddle boarding for my partner — any tips?

I wanna get this paddle boarding experience for my partner’s birthday, but I’m super nervous about getting it right. How long does it last? And is it really as fun as it sounds? I’ve heard it’s a great way to see Miami, but I also worry about the heat. What do you guys think?
