Q&A

Q: Is this tour suitable for kids? What age do you think is best?

A: Definitely! The tour is family-friendly, but I'd say kids over 8 would get the most out of it. They’ll enjoy the spooky stories at St. Louis Cemetery No. 3. Just keep in mind that some areas might not be stroller-friendly, so if you've got younger ones, a backpack carrier might work better.

Q: How do I get to the pickup location if I’m staying outside the French Quarter?

A: No worries! You can take a rideshare or taxi to the Homewood Suites on Rampart St. It’s pretty central, and you could even make a stop at a café nearby if you get there early. Just plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the tour starts to get settled.

Q: What happens if it rains? Do they cancel the tour?

A: They typically run rain or shine! But if the weather is severe, they might reschedule. Make sure to check their policy when you book. If there's a light drizzle, just bring an umbrella and dress for the weather. The mini-coach is air-conditioned, so you’ll be comfy while driving.

Just booked the cemetery tour for my parents! Any tips?

I just bought the New Orleans City and Cemetery Sightseeing Tour as a surprise gift for my parents! They love history and spooky stuff. I’m a bit nervous about the walking part in the cemetery, though. Are there places to sit if they need a break? And what should they wear?

Anyone else felt spooked at St. Louis Cemetery?

I took the New Orleans City and Cemetery Sightseeing Tour last weekend. OMG, St. Louis Cemetery No. 3 was eerie but fascinating! The guide had the best ghost stories, and the history of the burial customs there is just wild. Loved driving through the Garden District too. Highly recommend this!
