Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this food tour? Can kids join?

A: Great question! Kids are welcome on the tour, but keep in mind that some of the food may be more suited for adult tastes. It’s a fun cultural experience that can be enjoyed by everyone, but just be ready to share those beignets! Also, be sure to keep an eye on younger ones in the busy French Quarter.

Q: What's the best time of year to take this tour?

A: The fall months are usually the best time to go! The weather is cooler, and the crowds are a bit lighter than in the summer. Plus, you can enjoy all the festivals happening in New Orleans during that time. Don't forget to book in advance to secure your spot!

Q: How much walking is involved? Is it suitable for someone with limited mobility?

A: The tour involves a fair bit of walking, but the pace is relaxed. However, if someone has limited mobility, it might be a good idea to check with the provider beforehand. They can help accommodate special needs if you give them a heads up!

Thinking of gifting the New Orleans Food Tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering this food tour for my brother’s birthday! He loves Cajun and Creole food, and I think he’d enjoy the tasting of gumbo and po'boys. Does anyone know if the food samples are pretty filling? I want him to come home happy and satisfied!

Just got back from the New Orleans Food Tour!

OMG, I just did the French Quarter food tour and it was amazing! The beignets were life-changing, and I learned so much about the history of the French Market. The hot sauce tasting was a killer bonus too! Seriously considering doing it again next time with friends.
