Thinking of gifting the Garden District tour—any thoughts?

I'm considering giving the New Orleans Homes of the Rich and Famous Tour as a gift for my sister's birthday. She loves history and architecture, and I think it would be perfect for her! Has anyone here done it? What's the vibe like? How's the tour guide?

I just did the Garden District tour—here's my recap!
