Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this kayak tour?

A: Yes! Kids as young as 5 can join as long as they're accompanied by an adult. It's a great family-friendly experience. Just make sure they’re comfortable in the water and wearing the provided life vests. We saw tons of dolphins, so keep kids close when they start getting excited!

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks iffy, they'll usually contact you the day before to discuss options. You can reschedule for another time (with no extra charge) if they cancel due to bad conditions. Just try to book flexible dates if you can!

Q: What should we wear for the kayak tour? Is it safe?

A: Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet! A swimsuit or quick-dry clothes works great. Also, don't forget sunscreen and a hat! The tour is super safe, and they provide life vests and paddles, so you're in good hands.

Just did the dolphin and manatee kayak tour in New Smyrna!

Wow, what an unforgettable experience! We saw dolphins swimming right next to our kayaks and even spotted a few manatees. The tour guides were super knowledgeable about the area’s history. It was nice paddling through the mangroves, and the little island stop was perfect for a quick break. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Daytona Beach. Just don’t forget your waterproof camera!

Considering gifting the kayak tour experience to my parents!

I’m on the fence about this. My parents love nature, and they’ve always wanted to see manatees up close. Is this a good gift idea? I’m worried they might not be able to paddle for long though. What do you all think?
