Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but it's best suited for adults and older teens due to some mature content. The tour covers crime and history that might not be appropriate for younger kids. If you're thinking of taking a younger person, maybe check with the provider to see if it's okay.
A: Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be walking for about two hours. Dress for the weather since the tour goes on rain or shine. If it's a bit chilly, a light jacket is a good idea. And hey, maybe wear something that blends in with the NYC vibe!
A: Yes, you can usually reschedule your tour with a heads-up. Just reach out to the provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to make changes. They’re pretty flexible, but confirming directly with them is always a good idea.

Thinking of gifting the Grand Central Tales from Darkside tour!
I’m planning to surprise my dad with this tour since he's a big fan of true crime and history. It seems like such a unique experience, especially with actual NYPD guides! I love that they cover both the history and crime, it seems like a great way to spend two hours. Has anyone done it? What was your experience like?
Just finished the Grand Central Darkside tour - WOW!
I went on the Grand Central Tales from Darkside tour last week and it was so cool! The guides were super knowledgeable and shared some wild NYC crime stories. Plus, learning about the architecture of Grand Central was just as fascinating. I noticed there were only about 10 of us, which made it feel really personal. I'd recommend it for anyone into history or true crime.
