Q&A
A: There isn't a strict minimum age for the walking tour, but it’s recommended for ages 12 and up. The pace can be a bit brisk considering the city and the art you’re seeing. I took my 14-year-old and she loved it, but just keep in mind that they should be able to walk for a good 3-4 hours!
A: If it rains, the tour usually goes on unless there’s severe weather. If that happens, you can contact them for a possible reschedule. I did a walking tour in light rain and it was still enjoyable, but definitely check the forecast!
A: You’ll probably walk around 2-3 miles total, which can be a bit tiring but it’s broken up nicely with stops at Central Park and the museum. Wear comfortable shoes! The tour guide gave us breaks and it wasn’t too strenuous, so it should be manageable for most.

Just went on the NYC Walking Tour - it was amazing!
I just came back from the New York City walking tour that includes the Met, and WOW! They take you to Central Park for about 90 minutes, and it's so peaceful. The guide was super knowledgeable about the Lincoln Center too. If you’re into art, the Met is over 2 hours inside! I’m seriously considering gifting this to my parents for their anniversary. Highly recommend!
Considering this as a gift for my mom's birthday - any tips?
Hey all! I’m looking at getting this NYC Walking Tour for my mom's birthday. She loves art but isn't too mobile. Do you think it’s suitable for her? Also, how’s the guide? Any recommendations on what to wear or bring?
