Q&A
A: No specific age limits! The NYSCI is super family-friendly. They have activities for all ages, so toddlers to teens can find something fun. Just keep an eye on younger kids in the bigger exhibits like Connected Worlds—it can get a little busy.
A: Yes, you can totally reschedule your visit! Just make sure you do it at least 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible about it. It’s best to check their website for any specific details or contact them directly.
A: Yeah, there’s parking! They have a lot right by the entrance, but it can fill up quickly on weekends. It’s around $12 for the day. If it’s full, street parking might be an option, but check the signs!

Thinking of getting tickets for NYSCI as a birthday gift!
Hey everyone! I’m considering getting a gift for my niece’s birthday, and I think the New York Hall of Science would be perfect. She loves science and I heard they have the Big Bubble Experiment and a Design Lab! Is it fun for a 9-year-old? Any tips for planning our visit?
Just came back from NYSCI and it was awesome!
Wow, I just took my kids to the New York Hall of Science, and they had a blast! The interactive exhibits are super engaging, and the Live Stage Demonstrations were a hit! We especially loved the Connected Worlds exhibit. Highly recommend it for families. Worth the trip to Queens!
