Q&A

Q: Is there a chance of this tour getting canceled due to bad weather?

A: Yes, the tour can be canceled if weather conditions are severe. They usually inform you a few hours in advance, but it’s always good to check the forecast. If it gets canceled, you can often reschedule for a later date! Just keep an eye on their official site as well.

Q: What’s the best time to go for the best view of the illumination?

A: The best time is right at dusk when the lights first come on! It’s magical seeing the colors come alive against the dark sky. Going in late October is great too since the fall foliage adds extra beauty to the views!

Q: Are kids allowed on this tour? What age range is it suitable for?

A: Absolutely! Kids are welcome on the tour. It’s a great family experience, especially if they’re old enough to appreciate the lights. Just keep in mind it can be chilly at night, so dressing them warmly is key!

Just did the Niagara Falls Night Illumination Tour and WOW!

I went on the holiday edition tour last week and it was stunning! The lights were so vibrant against the falls, especially at Luna Island. We chose the 90-minute tour, so we got to see Horseshoe Falls too, which was spectacular. Our guide shared some cool history about the falls. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a unique experience! Price is great since it’s free!

Thinking of gifting the Illumination Tour!

I’m considering this experience for my parents' anniversary. They’ve never been to Niagara Falls. The 60-minute tour sounds perfect for them since they don’t walk too much. I just hope the weather cooperates in November! Any tips for a good experience?
