I’m considering this 7-day tour for my parents' anniversary! They love nature and have always wanted to see Niagara Falls. Experience in Quebec City – what's the best part?

I just got back from the tour and Quebec City was my favorite stop! The food was incredible, especially the French cuisine. We ate at this cute bistro – totally worth it. The Skylon Tower views were something else too! Anyone else have a favorite moment from this trip?
