Q&A
A: If it rains, the tour usually still goes ahead since the falls are stunning in any weather! Just be sure to wear waterproof clothing and bring your poncho for the boat cruise. The mist can get pretty intense, but that’s part of the fun! If there's lightning or severe weather, they might delay or reschedule.
A: There’s no strict age limit for the boat cruise! It’s family-friendly, and kids absolutely love it! Just keep in mind that younger kids might need a life jacket, which they usually provide. Make sure to supervise them closely on the boat.
A: The tour usually starts at the main Niagara Falls visitor center, which is pretty accessible. There’s parking nearby, but it can fill up fast, especially in the summer. I suggest arriving early! Alternatively, you can use rideshare services if parking looks too hectic.

Thinking of gifting the Niagara Falls tour—any tips?
Hey everyone! I'm considering this Niagara Falls tour with the boat cruise for my partner's birthday. I’ve heard that the Journey Behind the Falls part is super cool! We're from out of state, so any tips on what to wear or how to make the most of the tour would be awesome. Also, is May a good time to go?
Just did the Niagara Falls tour—amazing experience!
Wow, just got back from the Niagara Falls tour, and I can't recommend it enough! The boat cruise gave us the BEST views of the Falls. The Journey Behind the Falls is surreal—standing behind all that rushing water is exhilarating! Just be prepared to get wet, but it's worth it! We went in October, and it wasn’t too crowded either.
