Q&A
A: There isn't a strict age limit for the Night SUP Yoga, but it's generally recommended for ages 12 and up. Younger kids can participate if they have experience with paddleboarding and are comfortable in the water. If you're gifting it to a teen, just make sure they can swim and feel secure on the board!
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, the session may be rescheduled or canceled. They usually notify you a few hours ahead if it's not safe to go out. So, it's a good idea to keep an eye on the forecast and be flexible with your plans!
A: Great question! It's usually pretty warm, but a light long-sleeve top or a light jacket can be good for when the breeze kicks in after sunset. Wear something you can easily move in, and you might wanna bring flip-flops for getting on and off the board. Don't forget your swimsuit underneath!

Just did Night SUP Yoga and it was AMAZING!
I just got back from the Night SUP Yoga session in Honolulu and wow, what an experience! The underwater lights were mesmerizing and the city skyline was gorgeous in the background. The vibe was super chill, and I loved how the instructor guided us through the practice. Perfect gift idea for anyone who loves yoga or being on the water. Just be prepared to paddle a bit to get your balance first!
Considering gifting Night SUP Yoga, any thoughts?
Hey everyone, I'm thinking of gifting my sister Night SUP Yoga for her birthday since she loves yoga and the ocean. I read some reviews online, and it seems like a unique experience! Has anyone done it? Any feedback would be great!
