This tour is rich in history and culture, offering a uniquely immersive experience. Tour begins with a pick-up from agreed rendezvous point. As we embark on our journey, enjoy a narrated tour where we'll explore breathtaking lookouts from the stunning Ko'olau Mountains. We will head to the famous North Shore, where you'll visit coffee farms, pineapple plantations, pristine beaches, and macadamia nut farms. This leg of the trip also includes a lunch and a quick shopping break in Hale'iwa, a charming, secluded town on the North Shore that has managed to maintain its unique identity. We’ll then cruise along the Windward Coast, taking in views of the Kaneohe Coastline and the majestic Ko’olau Mountains. As we cross over the Pali, we'll visit landmarks such as the State Capitol, I'olani Palace, and King Kamehameha statue.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There's no strict age limit! Kids of all ages are welcome. However, it’s a good idea to consider if your little ones can handle a full day of traveling in a van. Parents usually enjoy it with kids around 6 or older, but it really depends on the child. Just pack snacks and maybe a tablet for the ride if they're younger!

Q: What happens if it rains? Do they cancel or reschedule?

A: They try to keep the tour going unless the weather is really bad. You'll still get to see most of the sights since a lot of it is about driving through beautiful areas! If it’s really unsafe, they’ll work with you to reschedule. Just keep an eye on the forecast, and bring a light rain jacket just in case.

Q: How's the parking situation at the pickup point?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky, but there’s usually street parking available nearby. Just make sure to arrive a little early so you can find a spot! If you’re using a hotel for pickup, check with them as they often have designated areas.

Did anyone else love the private tour of the North Shore?

I just got back from this tour and wow, it was amazing! The views from the Ko'olau Mountains were unforgettable. Stopping at the macadamia nut farm was a highlight for me. I can't recommend it enough! If you're going, definitely try the coffee – it's so good!
