Q&A

Q: Do they provide child seats if I'm traveling with kids?

A: Yes! They do have child seats available for all ages upon request. Just make sure to mention how many you'll need when you book the transfer. They really take care of families, which is great!

Q: How flexible are they if my flight gets delayed?

A: Their policy is pretty accommodating. If your flight is delayed, just contact them as soon as possible, and they will try to adjust the pickup time. It's good to keep your phone handy! They really aim to help you out.

Q: What should I wear for the trip? Is there a dress code?

A: No formal dress code, just wear whatever's comfortable! Since it's a transfer from the ski resort, casual ski gear or comfy clothes work great. They typically keep the vehicle temperature nice and cozy, so dress for your preference!

Thinking of gifting the Northstar/Squaw Valley transfer – any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting the departure transfer from Northstar to Sacramento Airport for my brother's family. They’ve got kids and luggage, so I want something easy. Does the service really provide good child seats? Also, how’s the ride itself? Any insights would be awesome!

Just booked the Northstar to Sacramento transfer!

So I finally went ahead and booked the transfer from Northstar to SMF for our trip next month. I’m a bit nervous about the kids' car seats, but someone assured me they provide them. Anyone else had a good or bad experience with this? Just want to set expectations right.
