Q&A
A: Yes, there is a minimum age limit of 5 years old for this tour. It’s designed to be family-friendly, but younger kids might not enjoy the bumpy ride as much. Just make sure they’re able to sit safely in the vehicle's seating. You might also want to bring some snacks for them if they're picky eaters!
A: The summer and early fall months are fantastic for this tour! The weather’s typically pleasant, and you get those gorgeous sunset views. However, if you don’t mind cooler temps, late spring can be nice too, just be prepared for some rain.
A: If the weather looks bad, they usually give you a heads up and will reschedule your tour. I’ve heard they’re pretty accommodating with this, so you shouldn’t lose out if it rains. Just make sure to check for any updates closer to your tour date!

Thinking about the Not So Mellow Marshmallow Tour for my family - thoughts?
I’m considering booking the Not So Mellow Marshmallow Tour in Estes Park for my family. We’ve never done a 4x4 tour before, but it sounds like a blast! The idea of roasting marshmallows while watching the sunset sounds perfect. I just want to know if anyone found it too bumpy for younger kids. We’re planning to go in early October - any advice?
Just got back from the Not So Mellow Marshmallow Tour - so much fun!
OMG, we just did this tour last weekend, and it was awesome! The views from the photo tower were breathtaking, and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows by the fire was so chill. The ride back in the dark was a wild ride! Definitely recommend bundling up, it got colder than we thought. We’ll be back for sure!
