A: The tour doesn't include lunch, so it's a good idea to bring something to eat. We stopped for a quick break, but I found it best to have a sandwich on hand. There's also a few spots in Philly where you can grab a bite if you prefer!

A: There's some walking, but it's mostly manageable for older adults. The guide keeps it easy-paced, and there's plenty of breaks. The historical sites are pretty close together, so you won't be on your feet all day!
