Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule your tickets, but it’s important to do it at least 24 hours in advance. The provider is usually pretty flexible with changes, just contact them directly through their customer service. They’ll guide you on the next available dates!
A: Plan for at least 4-5 hours for both the museum and the ferry. The 9/11 Museum can take 2-3 hours depending on how much you want to explore, and the ferry ride plus visiting Ellis Island usually takes a couple of hours more. You might want to allow extra time for lines or transportation!
A: Kids of all ages can join! However, keep in mind that the museum can be very emotional for younger kids, so you might want to prepare them beforehand. The ferry ride is fun for all ages, and there’s plenty to see on both Liberty and Ellis Island.

Thinking of gifting the NYC 9/11 Museum and Statue of Liberty tickets!
Hey everyone! I’m considering giving my brother and his wife the tickets for the 9/11 Museum and the Statue of Liberty ferry as a gift. They’re visiting NYC next month and I think this would be perfect! The skip-the-line access is a huge plus. Has anyone done this? How was your experience?
Just got back from the NYC 9/11 Museum and Statue of Liberty!
OMG, this experience was incredible! The skip-the-line tickets were a lifesaver. We spent about 3 hours at the museum and then took the ferry. The views of the Statue of Liberty were stunning, especially with the sunset! Totally recommend it to anyone considering it as a gift.
