Q&A

Q: Is this tour suitable for young kids? What's the age range for this experience?

A: Yes, this tour is great for kids! There isn't a strict age limit, but I took my 6-year-old and she loved it. The walking part is manageable, and the hot cocoa is a hit. Just be sure to dress them warmly since we walked around outside for a bit. Overall, it’s a magical experience for the whole family!

Q: What if it rains on the day I book? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather is bad, they usually allow you to reschedule. I had to do this for my tour last year and it was super easy. Just contact them as soon as you know you can’t make it, and they’ll help you find another date. They want you to enjoy the experience!

Q: How long is the walking portion of the tour? Is it an easy walk?

A: The walking part is pretty short, around 30-40 minutes. It’s easy and mostly flat, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Just wear comfy shoes since you’ll be stopping a lot to take pics. It’s all at a leisurely pace, so you can enjoy the lights without feeling rushed!

Just did the Dyker Heights Holiday Lights Tour and it was AMAZING!

I went on the Dyker Heights Luxury Holiday Lights Tour last week and wow! The lights were unreal, especially that one house with the gigantic Santa! The hot cocoa and cookies were so nice on a chilly night. The guide was super knowledgeable too, sharing fun facts about the displays and the neighborhood. If you're considering this as a gift, definitely go for it. Perfect for anyone who loves the holidays!

Gifted the Dyker Heights Tour to my parents, they loved it!

So, I bought the Dyker Heights tour for my parents and they had a blast! They said the bus was super comfy and the hot cocoa really made it feel festive. My mom got tons of great photos of the light displays. I’m thinking about doing it myself next year! If you’re on the fence about getting this as a gift, do it! They’re still talking about it!
