Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for kids on the Empire State Building tickets?

A: No age restrictions! Kids are totally welcome. They’ll love the views and the exhibits. Just make sure they’re supervised since it can get crowded up there. Also, kids under 6 usually get in free. It's a perfect family outing!

Q: Is there a way to reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes! If you find that the weather isn’t cooperating, you can reschedule your tickets. Just contact their customer service, and they’ll help you find another time that works. It’s nice to have that flexibility since you definitely want clear skies for those views!

Q: What should I wear for the observation deck? Is it chilly up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can be a bit windy and chilly at the top, especially if you go during the fall or winter. A light jacket is a good idea. You’ll also be doing some walking through the exhibits, so comfy shoes are a must. It’s all about enjoying the views while being comfortable!

Thinking of surprising my partner with ESB tickets, is it worth it?

I’m considering getting the Empire State Building tickets for my partner’s birthday. We’ve never been, and I heard the views are absolutely amazing, especially from the 102nd floor. I’m leaning towards the Express ticket since I’ve read the lines can be long. Anyone done this? What was your experience?

Recent trip to ESB—breathtaking views!

Just got back from the Empire State Building, and wow! The views from the 86th floor were stunning. We went on a clear day and could see so far. The exhibits on the way up were really interesting too—especially the history section. I’d recommend going early in the morning to avoid the crowds. Anyone else experience this?
