A: If the weather's really bad, you can definitely reschedule! Just contact North Pole Express at least 24 hours before your tour, and they'll help you find another date that works for you. But don't worry too much about the cold, they provide cozy blankets and hot cocoa to keep you warm!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? What’s a good age for them to enjoy it?

A: There's no strict age limit! Kids of all ages can enjoy it, but I’d say around 3 years old and up will really appreciate the sights and meeting Santa. The magical experience and the hot cocoa will keep them engaged for sure!

Q: Are the seats guaranteed? Can we pick where we sit?

A: Yes, every guest is guaranteed an upper-deck seat, which is the best spot for the views! However, you can't pick your specific seats when you board, but you're sure to get a nice view of the lights from up there. Just arrive a little early to ensure you're among the first to board!
