Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this walking tour? Can kids join?

A: There's no strict age limit for the walking tour! Kids are definitely welcome, and it's a great way for families to bond over the city's history and food. Just keep in mind that it involves a fair amount of walking, so make sure they're up for it! The guide usually tailors the stories to keep it engaging for younger audiences too.

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it casual?

A: Definitely keep it casual and comfortable! Wear good walking shoes since you'll be on your feet for a few hours. Weather can be unpredictable, so check the forecast and maybe bring a light jacket or umbrella just in case. You want to enjoy the food and sights without worrying about being dressed up.

Q: How does the weather affect the tour? Can we reschedule if it rains?

A: The tour typically runs rain or shine, but if the weather is really bad, they usually offer a reschedule option. It's best to call ahead if you're concerned about the forecast. Bring an umbrella or a poncho, especially if light rain is expected, because the tour is still super fun even in drizzling conditions!

Thinking of gifting the NYC Walking Tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering getting the Little Italy and Chinatown tour for my parents' anniversary. They love food and history, and I think it’d be a blast! I saw it starts at Wall Street, which I think they’d find really interesting. Is it a good option for older folks? How long does the tour usually last?

Just did the NYC Walking Tour! Amazing!

I finally went on the Little Italy and Chinatown tour last week, and it was incredible! Our guide was super knowledgeable, and the food spots we stopped at were to die for—especially the cannoli in Little Italy! It's a lot of walking, but you see so much. Definitely a must-do if you're visiting NYC!
