Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age for kids on the NYC Midtown Sightseeing Tour?

A: There's no strict minimum age, but it's generally suitable for kids aged 6 and up. The tour includes a lot of walking, so younger kids might get tired. I took my 8-year-old and they loved the Vessel and the views of the Empire State Building. Just make sure to bring water and snacks!

Q: What should I wear for the walking tour? Is it good for all weather?

A: Dress comfortably! Wear good walking shoes since you’ll be on your feet for a while. If it’s sunny, definitely bring sunglasses and sunscreen. If rain's in the forecast, a light waterproof jacket is a must. They don’t cancel for weather unless it’s severe, so be prepared!

Q: How do the upgrades to Edge at Hudson Yards work? Is it worth it?

A: Upgrading to visit Edge is super easy. You can buy tickets on-site or online. I’d say it’s definitely worth it! The views are stunning, especially at sunset. Just keep in mind that it can be busy, so if you want a quieter experience, try to go during a weekday. Also, make sure to check the weather—clear skies make a huge difference!

Just booked the NYC Midtown Sightseeing Tour! Any tips?

I just bought tickets for the NYC Midtown Sightseeing Tour for me and my partner. We’re both really excited to see Bryant Park and the Empire State Building up close! I heard the views from The Vessel are amazing for photos. Any advice on what to expect or must-see spots along the way?

Just did the Sightseeing Tour and it was amazing!

I went on the NYC Midtown Sightseeing Tour last week and wow, it was fantastic! Our guide was super knowledgeable and made each site come alive. The highlight was definitely the views from The Vessel—it's way cooler in person! Plus, getting to explore Hudson Yards afterward was a perfect way to end the day. I highly recommend this experience!
