Q&A
A: No age restrictions for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour! It's great for all ages. Just keep in mind that kids under 3 can ride for free, and if you have older children, they’ll love the flexibility to hop off and explore at their own pace. Just make sure to check the weather since the upper deck can be chilly.
A: You’ll want to wear comfy shoes because there’s a fair amount of walking involved, especially around Liberty Island and Ellis Island. The ferry ride can get a bit windy, so dressing in layers is a good idea. Check the weather, and bring a light jacket if it’s chilly. Trust me, you’ll enjoy the experience much more if you’re comfortable!
A: Yes, you can reschedule your tickets! Just make sure to contact customer service with your order details. They’re usually pretty accommodating, but it’s best to do it a few days in advance if possible. As for the Hop-On Hop-Off tour, you can also use your second day ticket later if you buy the 2-day option.

Just did the Statue of Liberty + Hop-On Hop-Off tour and it was amazing!
I just returned from NYC and did the Statue of Liberty with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour. It was such a great way to see the city! The ferry ride was awesome, and you get to spend a good amount of time on both Liberty and Ellis Islands. The bus tour was super convenient too, especially hopping off at Bryant Park to grab lunch. Highly recommend this combo if you’re visiting! I’d say plan your day because it can get busy.
Considering this combo for a birthday gift, any tips?
I’m thinking about getting the Statue of Liberty and Hop-On Hop-Off tour package for my brother's birthday. He’s never been to NYC, and I want it to be special! Any tips on the best times to go or what to include in the day? Also, is the bus tour really worth it?
