Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this superhero adventure?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but the experience is best suited for kids ages 8 and up. Younger kids might get bored or struggle with some of the challenges. Adults might enjoy it as well, especially if they love superheroes! Just keep in mind that the stories and locations are designed to be engaging for all ages.

Q: What happens if the weather's bad on the day we plan to go?

A: Since this is a self-guided experience, you can totally reschedule and play whenever you want! Just reach out to the customer support if you're not sure how to adjust your booking. It's nice not to be tied to a specific day, especially with unpredictable NYC weather.

Q: How much walking is involved in the comic adventure?

A: The walking varies by how you choose to play! You can take breaks anytime, but expect it to be about 2-3 miles total if you do the whole thing without stopping. It’s a fun way to explore while also getting a little exercise, but definitely wear comfy shoes!

Thinking of gifting the NYC Superhero Academy to my nephew!

So I'm considering this for my 11-year-old nephew's birthday. He loves superheroes and I think he’d get such a kick out of exploring NYC while in the role of Miss Manhattan! But is it challenging enough for him? How do the puzzles work? Any tips from those who’ve done it?

Just did the NYC Superhero Academy and it was awesome!

OMG, I just finished the superhero adventure with my friends and it was such a blast! We started at Ralph Bunche Park and ended up learning about the Daily Planet's inspiration! The story was so well-written, and we loved unlocking different challenges. Totally recommend if you're looking for something fun and unique in NYC!
