Q&A

Q: What if the weather doesn't cooperate for snorkeling at Turtle Beach?

A: If the weather's bad, they usually reschedule the snorkeling part or find alternative activities like visiting the Dole Plantation or Byodo-In Temple. The tour company is pretty flexible and really focuses on making sure you have a great experience, even if snorkeling has to change. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to them if you're concerned.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids? I’m thinking of this for my family.

A: There’s no strict age limit, but it’s best suited for kids 5 and up. They might have to wear a life jacket while snorkeling, and it can be a long day for little ones. Just be sure they’re comfortable in the water! Many families bring kids, and it’s a great way to bond.

Q: How's the parking situation if you're driving yourself?

A: If you’re driving, parking can be tricky in Honolulu. The tour offers hotel pick-up, which I highly recommend to avoid the hassle. If you do drive, plan to get there early since the spots can fill up fast. Just check the location of the meeting point in advance!

Just did the Oahu Island Tour and it was AMAZING!

I just got back from the Oahu Island Tour where we snorkeled at Turtle Beach, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The group was small, only 10 of us, and the guide was super friendly. We saw so many turtles while snorkeling! Plus, the lunch at the Dole Plantation was delicious. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique day on the island!

Considering the Oahu Island Tour as a gift, any thoughts?

I’m thinking about gifting this Oahu Island Tour to my boyfriend for his birthday! We both love snorkeling, and I love the idea that it's a small group. I’m a bit worried about the early start time though. Anyone done it recently? How was it?
