Then, watch a short film explaining the fateful day and its significance. Followed by a boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial, the final resting place of the ship's 1,177 crewmen. USS Missouri has served proudly through WWII, the Korean War, and the Gulf War for a 51-year long career. Launched from the Naval Shipyard in Brooklyn in 1944. A: There’s no strict age limit for the Pearl Harbor tour, but younger kids are definitely welcome! It can be a great educational experience for them. Just keep in mind that some parts of the tour involve walking and may require some patience. I took my 10-year-old and he loved it, especially the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial!

Just did the Pearl Harbor tour and it was amazing!

I took the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial & Battleship Missouri tour last week and I can't recommend it enough! The pickup from Waikiki was super convenient. The exhibits are emotional and very well done. The boat ride to the memorial was a highlight, so peaceful. I think this would make a fantastic gift for anyone interested in history. Just be prepared for some walking!
