Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for dogs on the Jeep tour?

A: Yes, there is! Dogs over 25lbs are charged a child’s rate, but you need to inform the company in advance. Just give them a heads up when you book your tour. I took my golden retriever last fall, and they were super accommodating!

Q: What's the best time of year to go for the fall colors?

A: Fall is definitely the best time for this tour if you want to see those vibrant colors! Late October tends to be peak season for the fall foliage in Oak Creek Canyon. Just be ready for cooler temps; layers are key!

Q: How should we dress for the tour? Is it bumpy?

A: It's a smooth ride, so you won't need to worry about a bumpy experience. I’d recommend wearing comfortable clothes and good walking shoes since there are stops where you might want to get out. Also, bring a light jacket as it can get chilly up in the canyon!

Thinking of booking the Jeep tour for my parents' anniversary!

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting the Oak Creek Canyon Jeep tour for my parents. They love beautiful scenery and history, so I think this would be perfect for them. I read it includes stops at places like Slide Rock State Park, which sounds awesome! Can anyone share their experiences? How was the guide? Did your family enjoy it?

Just did the Jeep tour and it was incredible!

I just got back from the Oak Creek Canyon Jeep tour, and I can’t recommend it enough! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at the top of the south rim. Our guide, Mark, was super fun and shared a lot of cool facts about the area. Definitely take a camera and some water. We were so glad we did it!
