OMG, I just got back from the Alcatraz tour followed by the Bay Cruise. The audio tour has some super interesting stories, and seeing the Golden Gate Bridge from the boat was breathtaking! They give you time to roam around on Alcatraz which is nice too. Definitely a must-do if you're in SF. 10/10 recommend!
