Q&A
A: If you're landing later in the day, it's best to allow at least 30-45 minutes for customs and baggage claim. Since the shuttles run on demand from the airport to the piers, just check in with Seattle Express at baggage claim to see if it’s a busy time. They’re pretty quick, but having that buffer time helps just in case.
A: Yes! Luggage handling is included in the price, so you won’t have to worry about hauling your bags yourself. When you arrive at the shuttle, they’ll help you load up your bags, making it super easy to get to the cruise piers. Just make sure you have your luggage tags visible.
A: There are no age restrictions for the transfer service itself. It's suitable for all ages, but do keep in mind that young kids will need to be in a car seat. If you’re gifting this, just check with the folks you’re gifting it to about any special needs they might have.

Thinking about getting the SeaTac to Seattle piers transfer for my parents - any thoughts?
I’m considering gifting this shuttle service from SeaTac to the Seattle piers for my parents' cruise. They've never been to Seattle, and I want them to have a stress-free arrival. I've heard great things about the luggage handling and the convenience of not having to walk far. Any advice or experiences would be super helpful!
Just used Seattle Express for my cruise and it was awesome!
I recently took the shuttle from SeaTac to the Seattle piers and I can’t recommend it enough! It was only $30, and they helped with my luggage right from baggage claim. The shuttle left right on time, and it made my trip start off perfectly. Plus, it was way cheaper than taking an Uber! Anyone else have a similar good experience?
