Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the Manatee and Nature Tour?

A: Yes, kids are welcome on the tour! However, they should be at least 5 years old to paddle on their own. If they're younger, they can sit in the kayak with an adult. Just make sure to bring a life vest for them if it’s not provided!

Q: What if the weather is bad the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks threatening, they’ll usually cancel and let you know in advance. You can reschedule for another day that works for you at no extra charge. Just check their policy when you book!

Q: What should we wear for the kayaking tour?

A: Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet. Quick-dry clothes are best. And don’t forget sunscreen and a hat! Even if it’s cloudy, you can still get sunburned.

Thinking of gifting the Manatee Tour - any thoughts?

I’m considering this kayaking tour in Ormond Beach for my parents' anniversary. They love nature and wildlife! I saw they might see manatees and dolphins, which sounds amazing. Is it as good as it sounds, and would they enjoy it? Any tips?

Anyone done the paddle boarding with the manatees?

I’m thinking about doing the paddle boarding part of the Manatee and Nature Tour soon. I’ve never paddle boarded before. Is it hard? How much effort will it take? Looking for some honest feedback!
