Q&A
A: Great question! The glassblowing class at Glassblowing in the Garden is suitable for ages 10 and up. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. It's a super fun experience that can really spark creativity!
A: The class usually lasts about 2-3 hours, depending on how many people are in the session. It’s really hands-on, and you get to create your own glass ornament to take home. Make sure you arrive a bit early for the orientation!
A: You’ll want to wear comfortable clothes that can get a bit dirty, and closed-toe shoes are a must. Long hair should be tied back, and they recommend wearing something you don't mind getting a little smoky. The studio can be warm, so you might not want too many layers!

Thinking of gifting a glassblowing class – any advice?
I'm considering the ornament glassblowing class at Glassblowing in the Garden for my partner's birthday. They've never tried anything like this, and I think it could be a really cool experience! Has anyone done this? What was it like? The fact that it’s with a Chihuly-trained artist is pretty exciting. How long is the class, and can you make a few ornaments?
Just did the glassblowing class, and WOW!
I went to the ornament glassblowing class last weekend and it blew my mind! I’ve always wanted to try glassblowing, and learning from someone trained by Chihuly was such a treat. The studio in Naples is beautiful, and all the materials were provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience!
