Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit, but it's not recommended for young kids due to the steep stairs involved. If you're considering this for someone younger, just know they can’t join the underground part of the tour, and you might need to keep an eye on them topside.
A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking a mile and going up and down some stairs. The tour has both outdoor and indoor stops, so check the weather before you go. A light jacket is a good idea if it’s cool out.
A: Yes! If the weather is really bad, you can contact the provider to reschedule the tour. They’re pretty flexible about it as long as you give them a heads up. Just be sure to check their policy before booking.

Just did the Over & Under the Rhine Tour—so cool!
I went on the Over & Under the Rhine Tour last week and it was awesome! The history of the underground brewery was fascinating, and the steep stairs were a challenge but totally worth it. Plus, finishing up with a pint at the taproom was the perfect way to wrap it up. I think this would make a great gift for friends who love local history or craft beer!
Thinking of gifting this tour—thoughts?
I’m considering buying the Over & Under the Rhine Tour as a gift for my parents. They love exploring and have always been into breweries. I’m a bit worried about the stairs though. Are they manageable? I don’t want them to struggle.
