Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for the paddleboard rental? Can my 2-year-old join?

A: Yes, kids as young as 2 can join you! The paddleboards are super stable, and they provide safety gear for everyone. Just make sure to keep an eye on your little one, especially if they're not used to being on the water.

Q: How do I reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate?

A: If the weather looks bad, you can call them directly to reschedule your booking. They’re pretty flexible, especially with safety in mind. Just try to give them as much notice as you can.

Q: What should I wear for the paddleboarding experience? Is it hot there?

A: Wear lightweight, quick-dry clothing like a swimsuit or athletic wear. It can get hot, but you’ll be in the water most of the time. Don’t forget sunscreen and maybe some water shoes if you plan on getting out to explore.

Just got back from paddleboarding in Crystal River – amazing experience!

I took the paddleboard rental at Three Sisters Springs last weekend and it was incredible! The water was so clear, and we saw a couple of manatees up close. The staff was super helpful too. I went with my partner and we spent about 2 hours exploring. Definitely recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks for a little picnic on the water. Can't wait to go back!

Thinking about gifting the paddleboard experience – any tips?

I'm considering this paddleboard rental for a friend's birthday. They love nature and water activities. How long do you usually get for the rental? Is it easy for beginners? I really want it to be special for them, and I hope they’ll enjoy seeing manatees!
