Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this Antelope Canyon tour?

A: Yes! The Antelope Canyon tour is not recommended for children under 8. It’s designed for a wide audience, but younger kids might find it difficult to keep up during the tour. So if you're planning to gift this experience, just keep that in mind!

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it very hot?

A: Dress in layers! The canyon can be cooler than you'd expect, even in summer, especially in the mornings. Wear sturdy shoes since you'll be walking a bit, and don't forget your sunscreen and a hat. It's not super strenuous, but it helps to be comfortable!

Q: What's the check-in process like? Do I need to arrive super early?

A: You'll want to arrive at least 60 minutes early to check in! It can get busy, and you'll need that time to get your shuttle to the canyon entrance. Just make sure you don’t mix up the tour operators since there are a few around. Once you're checked in, it’s chill until you get on the shuttle.

Thinking of gifting the Antelope Canyon tour, any tips?

I’m considering giving my parents the Antelope Canyon tour tickets for their anniversary. They love nature and have always wanted to visit the Canyon! Just wondering if it’s really as amazing as it sounds and if anyone has advice on the best time to go. Also, any insights on the local guides would be great!

Anyone done the Antelope Canyon tour recently?

I just got back from the Antelope Canyon tour, and WOW! The colors were unreal, and our Navajo guide was so friendly and informative. Just a heads up, don’t bring any bags! We had to leave ours behind and it was a little annoying. Overall, an incredible experience though! Already planning to go back!
