Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the Dolphin tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but I did notice that younger kids (like my 5-year-old) might need more supervision. The boat is pretty safe and the guides are great with kids! Just make sure to bring life jackets for little ones if they’re not provided.

Q: What should we wear for the Dolphin, Shell Island, and Eco Tours?

A: Definitely wear swimsuits under your clothes! The boat gets wet, and you’ll want to jump in the water. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat—especially for the eco tours because you’ll be out in the sun a lot. Flip-flops or water shoes are a good idea too.

Q: Can we reschedule if weather conditions are bad?

A: Yes, they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling! If the weather is really bad, they’ll let you know and you can pick another date. Just keep an eye on the forecast as it gets closer to your booking.

Just booked the Dolphin and Eco Tour! What should I expect?

I just got tickets for the Dolphin, Shell Island, and Eco Tours in Destin, and I’m so pumped! It’s supposed to be a great day filled with swimming, shelling, and hopefully lots of dolphin sightings. I’m taking my family, including my two kids who are 4 and 8. Any tips on what to bring or prepare for? I heard the guides are awesome!

Anyone tried the Dolphin tour at Panama City Beach?

Thinking about gifting this Dolphin and Eco Tour to my partner for our anniversary. I read that we get bottled water included—does that mean we can bring our own snacks? Also, how’s the food at the waterfront restaurant? Is it worth sticking around for?
