Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Passport to Pearl Harbor tour? Thinking of getting this for my kids.

A: There's no strict age limit for the Pearl Harbor tour! It's great for kids, and there’s a lot to learn, so they might actually enjoy it. Just keep in mind that it can be a long day, and there’s a bit of walking involved. The USS Arizona Memorial is particularly impactful for everyone.

Q: What if it rains? Will the tour still go on? Should I plan for a backup activity?

A: Most of the sites are still accessible even if it rains. The Pacific Aviation Museum is indoors, and the USS Bowfin is a submarine, so those will be fine. However, if you’re concerned about the weather, I’d definitely keep an eye on the forecast and have a backup plan just in case!

Q: How does transportation work? Do we need to park our own car?

A: Transportation is included! Once you get to the meeting point, you’ll have private transport to the main sites like USS Missouri and the Pacific Aviation Museum. No need to worry about parking, which is a big plus because it can get pretty crowded around there.

Just did the Pearl Harbor tour! So worth it!

I just got back from the Passport to Pearl Harbor tour in Honolulu, and wow, it was incredible! We saw the USS Arizona Memorial and the USS Missouri, plus the Pacific Aviation Museum. The whole experience was so well-organized, and we didn’t have to stand in line for tickets. They provided water and snacks, too, which was great. If you’re thinking about it as a gift, I’d say go for it! Perfect for history buffs and families.

Looking for gift ideas! Is the Passport to Pearl Harbor a good one?

I’m trying to find something special for my grandpa who served in WWII. I heard about this Passport to Pearl Harbor experience. Is it worth it? I want to make sure it’s engaging for him and not too physically demanding. Anyone have thoughts?
