Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for this tour! Kids are definitely welcome, and I've seen families with children as young as 5 enjoying it. Just keep in mind that some parts may be challenging for little ones, but the guide is really accommodating. It's a great way for the whole family to enjoy the mountains together!
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they will try to reschedule your tour for another day. Just contact them as soon as you can. They’re pretty flexible, but keep in mind that it’s best to check their policy when you book. I went on a cloudy day, but it still was beautiful and fun!
A: Dress in layers! The weather changes quickly in the mountains. I'd recommend comfortable walking shoes since you'll be strolling around Lily Lake and the shops in Estes Park. Also, bring a light jacket—it's usually cooler up high. If you go in the morning, it can be a bit chilly! Overall, there’s some walking but it’s mostly easy.

Just had the Peak to Peak Scenic tour, and it was epic!
I recently went on the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway tour and OMG, the views were breathtaking! The drive through Boulder Canyon was so beautiful, and we stopped at a coffee shop in Nederland that had the best pastries. The stop at Lily Lake was a perfect way to stretch our legs and take photos of the Indian Peaks. If you're in Denver, this is a must-do! I even spotted some elk on the way to Estes Park. Planning to gift this experience to my parents for their anniversary!
Thinking of gifting this tour for my friend’s birthday, but is it suitable for older adults?
I’m looking at this Peak to Peak tour as a gift for my friend who’s in her 70s. She loves nature but isn’t super active. Is the walking part hard? What are the seating arrangements like on the bus? Would love any advice from you all!
