Q&A
A: If you need to reschedule, just reach out to Hawaii Island Experiences at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty accommodating as long as you give them a heads up. Just make sure to have your booking details handy to make it easier for them to assist you!
A: This tour is family-friendly, and kids of all ages are welcome! Most parents bring their children along for the history at Pearl Harbor and the fun at Dole Plantation. Just keep in mind that the Polynesian Cultural Center has some cultural performances that might be better suited for older kids, but there’s plenty for everyone!
A: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in since you’ll be walking around at Pearl Harbor and the Cultural Center. Flip-flops or sandals are perfect for the Dole Plantation, but I’d recommend wearing sneakers for the other spots. And don’t forget sunscreen—Hawaii sun can be intense!

Just did the Pearl Harbor + Dole + Polynesian Center tour!
OMG, we just got back from the tour and it was AMAZING! The guide was super knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor, and the memorial was really moving. After that, we hit the Dole Plantation—those Dole Whips are a must! The Polynesian Cultural Center was the highlight for me; the performances were so vibrant and fun. This is perfect for anyone into history or just wanting a full day of fun in Oahu!
Considering this tour as a birthday gift for my husband!
I'm thinking about booking this tour for my husband's birthday. He loves history and has never been to Hawaii. I’m really excited about the Pearl Harbor part, but I'm a little worried about how long the day will be. Has anyone done it recently? Any advice on timing or what to expect?
