Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the tour, but it's recommended for ages 12 and up since some of the stories can be a bit spooky. Kids under 12 can come along, but maybe prepare them for some ghostly tales! Just check with the provider if you’re unsure.
A: Definitely dress for the weather! The tour takes you outdoors, and Richmond nights can get chilly, especially in fall. Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking a bit. Layers are your friend!
A: Parking can be a bit tricky, especially on weekends. There are a few parking garages nearby and street parking, but it can fill up fast. I suggest arriving early to find a good spot. Public transport is also an option if you want to avoid parking stress!

Just finished the Phantoms of Franklin Ghost Tour – What a blast!
I went on the Phantoms of Franklin Ghost Tour last weekend, and wow, it did not disappoint! Our guide was super knowledgeable and had the best ghost stories about landmarks like the Jefferson Hotel and Ellen Glasgow House. The atmosphere was perfect with all the old architecture around. I definitely recommend it as a unique gift for someone who loves a little thrill. Plus, it’s free!
Considering the Phantoms of Franklin Tour as a birthday gift!
I'm thinking about gifting the Phantoms of Franklin Ghost Tour to my best friend for her birthday. She loves history and spooky stuff! I’m a little worried about how long the tour is, though. Anyone know if it’s long enough to really get into the haunted history of Richmond?
