Q&A
A: This trip is family-friendly! Kids usually enjoy the history and the gardens. Just keep an eye on younger ones in the gardens, as there are some spots with water features. The guide is also great at making it fun for all ages.
A: You won't need to worry about parking since the trip includes transport! The bus leaves from central Brooklyn, and it’s easy to get to via subway if you’re not driving. Just show up a little early to find your spot. The guides are super organized!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes! There’s quite a bit of walking, especially around Old City and in the gardens. Layers are a good idea too – it can be hot while walking but chilly in the shade. Bring a light jacket just in case!

Just did the Philadelphia Day Trip! So worth it!
I just got back from the Philadelphia day trip and it was fantastic! We visited Independence Hall and saw the Liberty Bell, both iconic! The highlight was the DuPont Gardens – just beautiful, with waterfalls and such colorful flowers. The guide was really knowledgeable, spoke both English and Russian. Perfect for a day out!
Considering this day trip as a gift!
I’m looking at gifting this Philly day trip for my mom’s birthday. She loves history and gardens! But I’m worried about her stamina for walking. Anyone know how much walking we’re talking during the tour?
