Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this tour? I'm thinking of getting this for my 10-year-old niece.

A: There's no strict age limit, but it's really geared towards adults and older kids. Your niece might enjoy it, especially if she's interested in history or pop culture! Just keep in mind that some of the walking might be a bit much for younger ones. It's definitely a fun way to see the city quickly!

Q: What's the best way to get to Reading Terminal Market for lunch during the tour? Is parking tough?

A: Reading Terminal Market is super accessible! If you’re driving, there are parking garages nearby, but they can be pricey. Public transit is a great option too; the Market is right near the Market-Frankford Line. Just be mindful of the lunch rush; it gets busy but totally worth it for the food variety!

Q: How is the weather handled for this tour? What if it rains?

A: Great question! The tour runs rain or shine, so if there's light rain, they usually continue. Just be sure to dress appropriately. If there's severe weather, they’ll contact you about rescheduling, but that’s pretty rare.

Thinking about gifting the Philly Highlights tour, any tips?

So I'm looking to get this 4-hour tour of Philadelphia for my boyfriend. He's never been, and I think it would be a cool way to show him the city! I love that it includes a stop at Reading Terminal Market. Is there anything special I should know before buying? Also, how's the pacing of the tour? Is it too rushed?

Anyone else love the Reading Terminal Market stop?

Just got back from the Philly Highlights tour and had to share how much I loved the stop at Reading Terminal Market! We had about 30 minutes, and I barely scratched the surface of all the amazing food. I tried a pretzel and a cheesesteak. Honestly, I could spend a whole day there! What else should I try next time?
