Choose between the following options for your day tour from the Salt Lake Area: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Goblin Valley State Park, or Bryce Canyon National Park. Drive time to each Park from Salt Lake City is approximately 3-4 hours and plan to spend about 5 hours in the Park.

Q: What's the best time of year to book the Pick Your Park tour? I want to make sure the weather's nice!

A: Spring (April to June) and Fall (September to October) are really the best times for this tour. The temps are usually mild, and the parks are less crowded. Summer can get super hot, especially at Arches, and winter is chilly but beautiful if you don’t mind some snow. Just check the forecast for any specific park you choose!

Q: Can we customize our lunch options? I have some picky eaters in my group.

A: Totally! When you book, you can let Desert Solitude know about any dietary restrictions or preferences. They’re usually pretty accommodating, so just communicate ahead of time.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book the tour? Can we reschedule if something comes up?

A: It's best to book at least a couple of weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. If something comes up, they do allow rescheduling, but just make sure you give them a heads up as soon as you can. They’re pretty flexible within reason!

Wow, I just got back from the Pick Your Park tour where we went to Canyonlands and it was absolutely breathtaking! The tour was super well-organized, and the lunch was actually really good. Our guide was fun and shared tons of cool facts. If you're on the fence about this, I highly recommend it! Perfect for a day out with the family.
